If you're anything like me, the cabin fever set in around January and there's been a downhill slide into snapping at my small children ever since. I hate the feeling of yelling at my children, but it can be a tough rut to tear myself out of. These tips are helpful if you're in a similar situation and want to regain your composure around your kids — even when they're driving you bananas!

I remember vividly the first time I yelled at my daughter. I can't remember why I yelled, but I remember the feeling I had in my throat for the whole day afterward and it was horrible.
